How do I set AppData Location in windows 8 to Separate Drive

I am using 12.1gb of AppData storage in users/simon/appdata on my SSD.
I want to store anything like this on my separate internal HDD which has way more space.
I have done it for My Documents, Pictures, Music etc.... but when I right-click on AppData and Properties, I don't get "Location" tab.
I'm told it's the system is using it. But I've also read people saying they have done it. So how do you do it?
Secondly, I have reduced my pagesys file from 16gb to 5gb. Far better. But how do I reduce my hiberfile.sys file for Hibernation? I've turned Hibernation off, but the file is still massive. Be nice to reduce that to nil.
