Facebook Fan Page Schedule posting app is not a bad idea and you can certainly go ahead with this one, you can also made similar type of app for other social sites like twitter and google plus. There is so much to do when it comes to making apps and there is lots of scope in recent past for the apps developers , especially for iphones apps and android apps so if you are thinking to make a career out of making apps then you are certainly going in the right direction.

Well, I don't mean to sound condescending, but do you really think people are willing to give away innovative ideas? I mean, sure it would be reasonable if this were a non-technical forum, but it isn't. If it were just a layman's forum where people don't know how to code or get access to someone who knows how to code, then this would be just a barely plausible question to ask of people. But once again, it isn't. Everyone on this forum seems to know at least some code. Don't you think if you have an idea worth dubbing 'innovative' and you know how to make it happen, you perhaps might want to keep this relatively secret? Just a thought.

Don't waste your time, explore the consumer market and analyze problems. Innovation is hard work, it is rarely ever something that just happens.

Once again, I truly do not mean to sound condescending, I am just being realistic.
