I am suffering badly from app after app being refused to use the Graphics Hardware.
I get a black popup telling me so with Edge, Firefox, iexplore, Skype among others.
I have disabled AV. Removed Nvidia. Don't know what else to do.
Reinstalling everything is a mammoth job. So I wonder if just reinstalling Windows would work, but can that be done without losing any Apps??
Can you recover/reset Windos 10 without losing Apps?

No, you will have to reinstall the apps. But all of the data should be saved. So it isn't like you lose the apps, they are still there, they just need a reinstall.

Sorry, so what I meant to say is there's no way around the mammoth reinstall job. Perhaps this will be something Microsoft will think about in the future.
