Post subject:  Payment processing, monthly invoicing service req'd

Hi

We recently opted for a service that originally sent out emails and payment mounts to our customers, and processed the payments. It was really good. Until they decided to stop all emails.

So now, the Direct debits don't send out the emails to our cstomers, meaning they see a payment go, and no warning beforehand.

Does anyone know of a service that does send out the email and perhaps a customizable invoice without logo, each month, and then takes the payment. And the only charge is the fee per transaction?

The system in question in Go Cardless, but I'm not a little less impressed!

Everything I can see in their developer documentation suggests they do emails. When you say they "decided" to stop emails, what does that mean exactly? Did you fail their compliance requirements? Did something change in your account to stop sending emails?

Neither - they literally stopped emails as part of their service, generally.
At the start they told me each month the customer would get an email with the amount being taken.
But now, they are stopping that.

Even tho practically all service providers send out an email or letter confirming that period's payment, these guys decided "naaaa let's stop sending them".

So that's why I need a solution that does send them. Looked at Slim Pay. They dont' either.
