hi all. i have someone problem.
Got a WinXP box with Apache 1.3.26 - tried using ticks to perform backgroun I/O - got screwed with system message like "memory cannot be read" or smth like this for Apache.exe process.

Someone got a clue how to get multitasking working on Windows platform?
how to fix it. thank for all.

You can start by not using Windows XP, not using Apache 1.3, and not using whatever old version of PHP you have.

Next step is giving us more than 30 seconds worth of information. A detailed description of what you're trying to do. A detailed description of what is happening. And, of course, code.
