I was just looking for some criticism (both good and bad) on my new business web site I am a web designer/developer fairly new to working in this area and I just wanted to know what real Developers/Designers thought of my business site and some of the other sites I have done

I don't think it's very professional to use stock Dreamweaver buttons on your company's website.
You might wanna consider changing them up for new ones.
As mentioned by infolock, the pages do load quickly. But, I do see many places where you can improve your design skills.
First of all, Times New Roman is really "out of style" at the moment, especially Times New Roman at the font size you used on one of your designs. There are many great alternatives, like Arial or Verdana or even just Sans Serif, at 10 or 11pt.
It's nice that you use color, but the colors you choose aren't vivid. Maybe choose colors that are a little brighter and that have more life.

EDIT: By the way, using Firebird (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7), the text content of your page flows outside of the main content box on your homepage.
