oops, sorry meant to do that and obviously didn't, as Mark's already posted it's uk.php.net. us2.php.net also seems to be working for those on the other side of the Atlantic.

I never use www. It's the most active, thus slightly more slower site mirror. I've never experienced problems with ca2.php.net which I always use. 8)
