dunno how many of you would be interested in this, but thought i'd post it anyways :P

i'm working with talkingcommunities and they are doing a VoIP system for businesses. However, they gave me a room and said i could invite anyone i wanted into it, so thought i would invite you guys :P anyone can join, no matter who you are. it's free, and no worries. you just need a mic :P

Interesting... I wonder how you whould make a website where peopel can get on there mic and chat right on the main page hehe, That whould be cool 8)

it's been done, but it's just the way this proggie they made up works that's so cool..

can chat, browse, talk, whatever. the application itself though, i haven't actually seen the code for it, just the site. but i'd say it's pretty cool

When I was an HTML newbie a few years back there was a thing called HearMe that let you do that. You would go to their site and download this little java thing, and then add it to your site.

It was awesome but I have no idea what happened to it. :roll:

Okay, maybe I do......it's broken into twine though O.o.

yeah, you can send text, browse the internet within the client, and i don't think there is any spyware that is installed.. least there wasn't for me :P
