Well, perhaps this is something I didn't understand, but it looks like some kind of internet access account (with Netscape as ISP) so I'm not surprised...
First I thought it was the actual browser that costed money, but...
It's understandable you have to pay, it is however internet access. The price is pretty reasonable but one thing worries me. I can't help but think this is nothing but AOL with a new marketable name. A sad attempt by Time Warner to increase their market share of the dial up users market. Who knows though, I didn't read much into it nor will I because I got ADSL anyway.
