in case you didn´t know .. sometimes, when building an online-service and time goes by .. there are steps of improvements also called "a relaunch" ;-)

I apologize. spammers <span style='color:blue' title='I'm naughty, are you naughty?'>smurf</span> me off badly, and sometimes my mouth talks before the foot has a chance to insert itself.

My suggestion would be to simply use the Nuke version of link exchange. Clean, user submittable, and very well suited for multi category links.
