The source is 213mg (compressed).. And harm probably wont come but patches don't change the source. Just dlls and such, I guess they could block a port or something but still. If there's a hole in the released source it could be found and exploited.

The source is prety complicated though. I don't understand a thing! And there is profanity in it:
