Depends on your definition of "Small". Does small mean no content? If so, I could argue that this has more content then some sites I've seen... if small means small viewing area, then yes, it's the smallest website ever... and a darn cool one, at that!

Yeah it's small all right. And I do have to say, it's the smallest by far that I've ever seen. But why the hell would someone only want to utilize 1% of the area of your screen to display content...sheesh.
