BlastMB is taking off quite nicely.

Hopefully it'll be able to compete against these bigger guys in a few months.
Nice looking board and seems to run pretty fast. Are you going to be selling or giving away like phpBB?
Version 1 will be completely free and open-source, and Version 2 (a much better, faster running version) and up will be a one-time $99 payment.
I'm glad you like it.

not to rain on your parade, but i got this when I accessed your forum:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: user in /home/onlygee/public_html/BlastMB/include/auto.startup.php on line 7
That's me working.

I know why I do, its an expensive, slow archaic forum that doesn't have user support like phpbb, I think user support and user modifications make a great board.

I guess I'm the only one that actually likes vBulletin? Besides the moronic Word-like posting system (while making a new thread, or replying), vBulletin is actually pretty nice with amazing templates and reliability.
I guess it's just a common thing to hate what's making money in the software world. The linux people have Windows to hate, and phpBB guys have vBulletin to hate.

I like phpbb better because its very easy to customize it and has a very simple interface while at the same time very proffesional.

I never used to mind vbulletin (though wouldn't pay for forum software) but another site has moved to version 2 and I can't stand the layout. Instead of having user details on the left (like here) they're across the top and it irritates me.
