Graphics - Banners - How do you create them with PHP coding

Post by ComicRage »

Hi,

I am a newbie to web development with PHP. I seen alot of nice banner with graphics and pictures. How do you create the banners with photo and blend with other object? Do you use photoshop? Macromedia?

I like to added to my existing php site which has no graphic banner.

Thanks,

Rage

If you have a copy of Adobe Photoshop, that is a good place to start. There are plenty of tutorials on how to create nice looking graphics using photoshop.

Macromedia Fireworks is another product that you might find useful.

Macromedia Flash is also a good choice for banners since they are small and animated.

...or maybe GIMP in linux would be a good choice for you?

The best thing you can do is get a copy of some decent graphics software and play with it... before you know it you could be producing good quality graphics in no time.
