Freelance job

Post by bytte »

I'm working as a freelance webdesigner since a week.

I find the hardest part of it all to tell the people how much I charge.

How much should I charge for PHP per hour?
How much for Flash and actionscripting?
And how much for HTML and design?

I don't have any reputation or something at all. I've done Graphic Design / Multimedia and Art in college and I'm 24 years old.

Any ideas?

Charge what you feel is the right amount and stick to it.

What do you feel you are worth?

Charge that. You know your abilities and know what you are capable of.

No one can say what is thr right amount.

You will find people who charge $5 and people who charge $90 per hour.

But 90% of them feel what they charge is what they are truly worth on the open market.
