phpMyAdmin and MySQL 4.1.2 bugs...

Post by JAM »

Dear phpMyAdmin users,

Due to an incompatibility change by MySQL, phpMyAdmin is currently not working with MySQL 4.1.2 properly which has
been released recently.
If you are planning to upgrade to MySQL 4.1.2 or already did
so, we strongly recommend to use the current phpMyAdmin CVS snapshot, available on our website or via anonymous CVS.

Daily snapshot packages are available here:

http://www.phpmyadmin.net/cvs/

Anonymous CVS access (Please download the HEAD branch of the
module "phpMyAdmin"):

https://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=23067

Alexander M. Turek

Bugs are bugs and its best to patch them than leave them. Thanks for the notice JAM.
