I was given a copy of one of their albums years ago and loved it. Have collected most of the albums now and my IPod (I'm a fashion victim I know) lets me listen to the whole lot, nice relaxing coding music.

That one song I was thinking of was somethink like "Out on the ocean...down by the sea---heeee.." or something like that. Very hummable.
Somewhat different type of music, but something I absolutely enjoy are Alex Hephaistion's mixes:
