I like your taste. :P

And yeah, Kanye's is a lot more of a remake than a remix. I haven't heard Chamillionaire's though... I'll have to give it a listen. ^_^

I am an alternative rock person, I listen to RHCP, Nickelback, etc. Sometimes I'll decide to go put something on which suits the mood, I've even been known to put on eye of the tiger, just because it will fit if I'm coding something which I've already worked out previous and its just a matter of typing it.

But at this current point in time I'm listening to nothing cept someone above me playing very loudly "Dont stop till you get enough" from Micheal Jackson. I swear I'm going to go up there and kill them in a minute! TURN OFF THE REPEAT BUTTON!

At work how ever my computer only has speakers, and I dont really wanna plug them in and play them loudly, I have been meaning to get some head phones and bring them in, I reckon I'll ignore people more if this happens though.

depends on what language i am busy coding in. its a bit weird though, coding is coding, but i prefer to listen to rave music while doing java and rock music when i code in php. and then sometimes, when i get a bit irritated with either the rave or rock, i listen to classical music.

I'm an old fart (42), so I like old fart music...

Here's what's on my foobar playlist so far this morning:

01. The Beatles - Norwegian Wood
02. The Beatles - Happiness Is A Warm Gun
03. The Beatles - Blackbird
04. Blood, Sweat & Tears - Spinning Wheel
05. Buffalo Springfield - For What It's Worth (By Stephen Stills)
06. Blind Faith - Presence Of The Lord
07. Blind Faith - Can't Find My Way Home
08. Creedence Clearwater Revival - As Long as I Can See the Light
09. Jethro Tull - Locomotive Breath
10. Jethro Tull - Cross-Eyed Mary
11. Neil Young - Cowgirl In The Sand
12. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under The Bridge
13. Sheryl Crow - The First Cut Is The Deepest
14. BTO - You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet
15. Crosby, Stills & Nash - Helplessly Hoping
16. David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust

Maybe one day I'll get bored with old rock and roll... but I wouldn't bet on it!

I think I replied to this about 2 years ago, but here's an update...

I listen to talk radio now, be it Howard on Sirius, a local guy in the afternoons, or Tom Leykis at nights. Always something on to enjoy :)
