Chevy is the abbreviation for Chevrolet an american car manufacturer.

Well, most of the results from Google were from people with the username 'Cheavy' or misspellings of 'Chevy'.
Seriously, was it easier to come here and post a question about it than it was to read the results?

I just (sorta) remembered "Chevy's" is the name of a restraunt chain in and around the US..

if you got "cheavy" from cheap and services then i think you've got your own problems... Shouldn't it be cheavi if you got it from those two words??

I thought it was for a German website, though?
'Cheavy' in German is slang for 'ugly', a bit like 'munted', I guess.

umm..no, the word doesn't exist in German. I know, because it's my mothertongue. :)
