ugh, being a dummy that I am - yesterday at work I had my shirt off and forget to put on any SPF lotion. I really didnt plan on staying in the 85 degree sun for too long, but the project I was working on was a bit more "invovled" than I could imagine.

Anyway, my back, stomach, neck, any skin exposed when you dont have a shirt on IS pure red. Red as an apple and painful as crap!!!!!!

Do any of you guys have any suggestions on what products to buy/whatever/any old remedies for serverly sun-burnt skin?

Thanks, i cannot sleep at night =[

Code: Select all

$tim = preg_replace('/(burnt|peeling|flaking) (skin)/i', 'new $2', $tim);

Vitaming E Oil - best thing to do when you're sunburnt. Appy generously and give it some time to seep in. It moisturises and soothes the skin. Tried and tested many times :)

Anything with Aloe is often good too.

yeah I been applying this Aloe crap to it.

I will get some Vitamin E when I go into town.

Work outside considered 'lucky?'

No, I work at a bus garage, sometimes the bays of the shop are full cause we have to order parts that take some time to get in. So try running in n out for a wrench, getting SUNBURNT. etc

Not fun... I got a total of probably 6 mins sleep, on n off. Inside the shop is a different story
