What do you guys think of this cool keyboard that I came across. Im thinking of buying it. Has anyone used anything like this as I am curious to know whether the buttons are plastic of rubber. :)

From what I remember, hard plastic.

Yeah thats exactly what I am looking for. I dont want a sort of rubber feel while im typing as I am not too sure if I would get use to it easily, lol.

Have you ever used one of the keyboards feyd or did you see one around?

It looks similar to something I purchased as a sample as it would have looked good sitting next to some of the products we manufacture.

However, it had a real horrible, nasty, plasticy feel to the keys akin to using a cheap laptop so we never persued the matter any further.

Do you think it would be easy to get use too after a while. Also, have you ever seen any other versions of this with different feels or colours perhaps. If so could you please give me any references?

Thanks

I haven't directly used one of these keyboards.. I use:

right now. Once the more ergonomic systems come down in price, I'll get:

Personally I don't think I could have gotten used to it (hence we did not persue it). If you value form over function then yeah! you could probably learn to deal with it, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Note, the keyboards I looked were similar, that's not to say that the one you picture will be the same.

I'll try and dig out some links (if I still have them).

Thats exactly where I was looking. If you have a look at the actual link behind the picture you will see, lol. ThinkGeek is the best :)

gah... the only keyboard I can use is a standard sized IBM. On the others (like most most laptops for examples) my poor fingers don't know where they are..
