Does anyone know where i can download a language-editor?

I wish to translate some lang-files to software, scripts and other stuff.

Well, eh...?

Like a small program where i can open an english lang-file, and then translate it to swedish.

No, i didnt mean a online dictionary. :?

I meant a small program that could define the words in a open language file, so i could translate it to another language.

(Its hard to explain things in details when i am not so good at english.) :(

you could probably PM Jam, one of our moderators. He's from Sweden, and may help you more. However, I'm not aware of many, if any, free translations softwares... My direct experience with them is they are all losy somewhere along the line. There are a lot of subtle components of most languages which I have yet to see software get 100% correct.. Especially with regional differences in spelling certain words, or phrases. Slang is also a very difficult thing to translate..
