Well, yeah, it sort of does. You can't be open soure without opening your code. These so called "open source" products that you can buy the source code to aren't open source. Open source is a development model.
Supporting open source doesn't mean always having to open your code.
I realize that jason, I'm just saying it should be up to the programmer what they want to share with the community if they are involved.
If I have some code I think could help someone out thats a difference between giving someone an entire application that could feed my family from the sales.
If the programmer wants to share that project thats great! I just think its at the discretion of the programmer.
