I never even knew PHP magazines existed. :)

Im suscribed to phparchitect pdf version (2,6USD!).

They have good ideas. Nothing exceptional... but good ideas. In the last issue they described how to read OpenOffice files and how could you integrate it to a web aplication. Theres nothing new on this, but it was a cool idea, and now i have Open Office integration in my Content Management System (the users loves it).

So you dont need them, but there are great ideas that can "open your mind". :D

Yeah that's why I might subscribe to one of them sometime in the future.

But right now I already subscribe to a couple computer magazines and also Men's Health so that takes up all my magazine reading time.

This one sure takes time :D

I want to subscribe to a mag, too but they aren't sold in Turkey (at least I didn't find them anywhere) and by purchasing online is too expensive... :(

Try the pdf suscription... its very cheap: 2,89 USD each (phpatchitect) // USD 5 each (phpmagazine)

Both of them have free issues... download them.. they are very good.

Jaja... i do use my Thinkpad on the crapper!... its a bit dificult to use it, so i use a small table..

But the mags are always better on paper!. :P

(maybe we can open a poll "do you use your notebook in the crapper": Yes/No/I dont have notebook/I have a full desktop in it)
