Tried
http://www.communityconnectinc.com/ ?
Their about page wrote:Community Connect Inc. creates and maintains online communities for US ethnic audiences. The sites are AsianAvenue.com, BlackPlanet.com and MiGente.com. more...
Without looking more into it, I guess that you cannot get the cms, except if you actually buy it or their (Community Connect Inc's) services.

ye i tried them
also emailed them, but after 2 months, NOTHING
also they dont mention on their site anything about selling anything or offering any services!!!!
weird
cos the thing is, on their site they only have 3 websites which they have put up as theirs, and i have found another website that uses the same cms but it isnt on their site list (
http://www.newpersia.com)
so i figured the cms isnt theirs!

Whats more interesting is the fine print in the footer of their frontpage...
For the best viewing experience and use of all functionality, we recommend using Internet Explorer 4.0
Copyright 2000-2001 Community Connect Inc., All rights reserved
a) IE 4.0... Slightly outdated eh?
b) Copyright 2000-2001
I've seen mainsites stop developing before without meaning anything, but it does look odd.
I'd suggest you contact the sistersites the've supposedly developed, and ask the maintainers of those instead (if you havn't allready).

All I can suggest is to email them one more time and make sure their emails dont end up in the spam folder or the like.

what about contacting them through their whois information.. if the domain is still active in the name servers, it should have a good email address to contact someone.. (you may need to use a deep whois)
