add some copy to your site. Search engines rely on text in order for them to be able to index something that is searchable. In the old days it could be done with meta descriptions and keywords, but engines like google have strayed away from that as people started spamming the hell-o out of those areas.
add some text (but don't spam your keywords) about fur coats and why your coats are better than others, what your coats look like / feel like. basically just provide some good keyword rich copy of fur coats and you'll see your rankings rise. Unforunately there is no secret forumula (or maybe it is fortunate) otherwise everyone would be number one and that's just not possible
my experience has been just create something that provides your users with solid information about your product (but pictures won't help much unfortunately) and don't spam it (or else you'll just get penalized) and let it go for a while. If you don't see the results you want within a few months change it up and try again.
google uses a link popularity system for their algorithm which is good and bad. good in the sense that it helps weed out poor sites that dont' belong at the top (not relevant to what people are really searching for) bad in the sense that spammers go out and buy 100 domains and put up "moch" sites that link to their "real" site just to improve their rankings.
as I said above, the best way to improve on what you've got is to 1) add some good copy and 2) finish your site
....lots of dead links and google and the like will look down on that

More than a few things going on with the site.
First and foremost, there is almost nothing for Google to catalog. You need text for it to index, and right now, there isnt much on the main page.
However, beyond that, you've chosen xhtml-strict for the main page, yet links off of main dont follow suit, and dont validate. (The pages that actually have text that could be catalog'd!)
Further, for the items you are selling, you give extremely little detail. Spending $4k online is very rare, and to give the potential buyer only *one* page of detail per item, and one popup window is .. rather spartan. A dozen pictures, detailing out the inside stitch work, the trim, the color against neutrals, the quality.. so much could be added.
Also, *zero* pages link to your site in google's index. A quick way to remedy that is to find some good PR sites in the category that sell advertising, and buy some. From there, try to find pages with similar interests that link to pages, and submit to them. I'm talking about community sites with actual people and discussions (like this one), not link spam farms.
Finally, and most importantly, make the site *useful*. Right now, it just sells coats. Thats a one-time affair, and unfortunately, google doesnt give very good placement for sales sites. Instead, add some informative pages on coat maintenance, so you get outside links to your site and content - plus you help your potential buyers.

Thank you for some excellent pointers. I am working on all those things that you have mentioned. I appreciate the critique on my site and i hope to hear some more critiques when you have a chance. I should have some changes made by tonight, if you get a chance please take a look and offer some advice. \
