Nudity

Can someone please provide me with a document of what constitues nudity? I provide a community service to people. I allow them to have nude photos if they are over 18 and they lock their photo album. However, recently a girl (16 years old) has uploaded several pictures in a g-string. I thought to myself, well this is nudity. And I deleted it. But after thinking about it, there are bikinis that show just as much, and they're allowed in public.
Where do I draw the line? Is the showing of the butt OK as long as there's a thong/g-string? What about hands over nipples?
Sorry for being graphic, but these are questions that I really need answered.
Thanks.

This is a problem issue as laws about this are very different in each country and even in each community when thinking about the US.
Mostly the determination goes when nudity stops and pornography starts.
Nudity is no problem by the law. If you don't post nude pictures mainly in a sexual way there is no big problem. A G-string pic if the girl is not topless is not nudity. I think you should just incorporate a policy that you think is appropriate.
You will always find a person that thinks the pic is to nude. I even had someone state that a fully clothed pic shows nudity as the person is nude under the clothes

If they are legally fully responsible for themselves under the laws of your country, anyone can post anything within the limits you set for your website. If she isn't the legal age and you'd consider this a borderline case, you may want to ask he to provide written consent by her legal guardian, i.e. parents.

I'm no legal expert, but since the girl is a minor (under 18), you could be acussed of promoting child pornography, since the girl is depicted in a "lascivious manner". I know that sounds like a bit of a stretch, but according to the United States Vs Knox, "a video of underage teenage girls dancing erotically, with multiple close-up shots of their covered genitals, can be considered child porn".
Best not to touch this I think. We live in a society that is hypersensitive to these issues.
