Zend Studio ... available for free (and for money) ... best one there is if you ask me, especially if you pay and get the documentation and so on, and the Zend Studio Server makes it ... just wonderful, debugging, profiling and so on.

Zend Studio Client is something everyone should have ;)

Free? BBEdit Lite. I use regular BBEdit and Im so used to it by now. Highly reccomended.
