What is a neutral english accent, is it not relative to where you come from. I bet it wouldn't sound neutral to me

I'd say I have a neutral English accent (neutral in England at least :) ) because English people cannot work out where I'm from. There's no detectable regional accent at all, people can tell I'm English but that's it.

So, does that mean you would have exactly the same non-accent as CoCo :?

The accents from Edinburgh and Glasgow are completely different and we can tell the difference, I have found that the English can't tell the difference and think we all have the same accent, strange
