Multiple email forwarding codes

Post by jescobar »

I was wondering if there was anything that would allow a webmaster to have a forwarding service, for example if I was to send an email to info(at)website.com for that email to forward to a group of people?

A mailing list sounds ideal but I can not depend on members signing up, this is for a gaming clan. So members expect to get emails with news and such, but I would like some of my leaders to be able to send out emails without having admin rights to my nuke site.

Thank you
J.

Have you considering one of the many version of Listserv packages? They allow your team members signup to a "Listserv" group and they can self-manage their message frequency.

MajorDomo - PERL

Mailman - Python

Of course, you can always resort to groups.yahoo.com which has a nice easy to use interface if you don't mind the ads.
