But they always had high amount of downtime when I used them -> They were spending a fortune on a new datacenter which they'll using now though so it should be OK.
If you're really really quick I've just tested fsockopen using the demo.t35.com account and put one of my PHP scripts on there at http://demo.t35.com/Demo1.php (I'm pulling it down in 10 mins cos I dont want it sitting there (that's publically accessible via FTP). I'll whack phpinfo() on though.

EDIT | Hmmm.... that's peculiar. phpinfo() shows fsockopen() is a dsiabled function, yet my script which would die terribly without it works fine
