Hi

I visited forums.devnetwork.net, and noticed that you're not listed on some search engines! I think we can offer you a service which can help you increase traffic and the number of visitors to your website.

I would like to introduce you to ------.com. We offer a unique technology that will submit your website to over 300,000 search engines and directories every month.

You'll be surprised by the low cost, and by how effective this website promotion method can be.

To find out more about TrafficMagnet and the cost for submitting your website to over 300,000 search engines and directories, visit http://www.-----------.com.

I would love to hear from you.

Best Regards,

Well, as wrong as it is....you *DO* have your email address in your signature file. That is how the spammer got your email.

Otherwise, their is no way. These forums don't publish your email address.

I am however, developing a solution for a problem like this... combating spam. In fact, its a venture of mine called Spam Saver (spamsaver.com though no site is there yet).

TrafficMagnet, everyone knows that spam, they send it with the website url in the subject line, one thing i like is there picture, but i think they stopped doing that, they use to include a picture of the site at the bottom of the email.

I recieved one mentioning newbienetwork.net once, they are just email leechers, If you list your email in lots of places you will get use to them sending you one about just about everything.

Althought this doesn't have anything to do with spam, I found some website that had about 500,000 links, listing about 30 per page. You click on one of the links, it shows a fresh list of 30, and so on, and so on. Very very cool idea. :D It would crowd a search engine (not google) with useless links.
