Okay, time to conclude this.
For those who said "yes," you just asked to ban water!
Dihydrogen Monoxide is another name for water, some kid did a science project on the effects that the media has, and he made water sound bad and supposedly 90%+ wanted to ban the substance.

DHMO and PHP are a bad combination. It can lead to parse errors.

pentahydrodicarbonol (is that right?) has an even worse effect on php, as i have frequently found out to my cost
