The above book is the best book I have ever read on PHP. I own it and highly recommend you pick up a copy. I recently got a PDF version of this book from the CD inside it. Anyway, for those that want it...

uh... you're mistaken. He posted a link to the PDF from the CD that comes with PURCHASING the book. Someone that bought the book as fair use of the PDF. We who did not purchase the book do not.
