Annoying KDE Klipper feature!

I use KDE 2.2

Every time I select some text with the mouse that looks like a URL, Klipper pops up suggesting some actions for that URL. I often select all of the URL in the Netscape 7 location bar because I want to type in a new URL that overwrites what is already there.

If I forget about pressing escape after each URL select, Klipper steals window focus and makes my eyes and my heart turn black...

How can I get rid of that feature?

I like Klipper otherwise. Windblows does not have a clipboard history accessible like that.

Right click on the Klipper icon in the dock bar and a menu will appear. Deselect 'Actions Enabled'.

Actually this feature may be very convinient. Instead of disabling actions completly you can configure them to suit your work style via 'Preferences/Actions' (see same menu).

Yes, I realize its potential.
There is a row in the Actions-tab that says:
^https?:VV
I guess that is some kind of regular expression for identifying WEB-urls.

Maybe you can convince me about why that acting on urls should be more useful than annoying.
...before I remove it, I mean
Maybe those who got the idea to implement that never selects a url in an browser location bar?
Most of us that do so, do it because we are about to clear it and write a new one, making that popup totally irrelevant.
