.net crap

Post by shiznatix »

for some reason i cant not access .net framwork websites such as hotmail and expedia when my firewall is on. i am using sygate professional. i tried allowing all the processes it said was running without turning my firewall on to "allow all" but that did not even work. whats up with this!?

edit: tack this site up with those as well. so now it is just when i try to sign into a .net website and this site (but only this site somtimes, like 20% of the time i click a link)

I've been liking Microsoft's (if you have XP or better). It's not the best, but it works quite well. They also have a security hole sniffer available which isn't too bad either. It can help you with recommendations for tying down various things in your system settings.
