Tried TruStudio a few times and was never satisfied. Had some problems and all, but Eclipse does it just fine for me, with PHPEclipse and subclipse (integrated now?) plugins it's all I need (when I manage to get simpletest plugin working, too, that is).

I was recently reccommended the Crimson editor, and it works fine for all my purposes, so I can now reccommend it to you. =)
