turning machines

Post by shiznatix »

ok i have to learn how to program a simple turning machine and just basically how to use a turning machine. same problem as before - i don't speak estonian very well. i have googled for this all morning without success. we are using the java applet here

http://math.hws.edu/TMCM/java/labs/xTur ... neLab.html

but i dunno if that will help out. i just need a website that really explains how a turning machine does its computing, unless someone here knows and wants to explain it :D

only english, definatly no russian. im an american who decided to pack up and go to school in estonia. sadly estonian is freakin impossible to speak, what with 9 vowels, 14 suffixes, 10 different ways to say "can not", the list goes on.
