Pretty darn good! I'd suggest a different font though. Maybe something a little more subtle and definitely one that looks smoother.

Just my opinion though, if you think it looks good, then.... good ;)

Not that big of a deal. Just resize it smaller, or save it at a lower quality (whichever "too big" was referring to)

Lol, "Pulao". In many languages it's sometimes called "Pilaf".
