If it is CS, he must be bunny hopping or something, surely?
He's moving extreamly fast.
That's why I was thinking Far Cry, because he could be in a vehicle.
It's definatly an FPS.

btw - it's cs1.x, not source.
Plenty jumping can still go on, aslong as you know how to do it right
And judging by the knife model being the old style, not the new, it's a version previous to 1.6. (I can tell all this just from the glimpse of the arm model - go me!)
If it's 1.3 or earlier, that was pre-bunny hop nerf
