Bear in mind that I don't know what the context is, but I put it in such a way that it can apply to anything related to "market research". ;)

The following are a little more precise and sound better ;) :

"Klicken Sie bitte hier um keine weiteren Marktforschungs-Emails von uns zu erhalten." <= Formal

"Klicke hier um keine weiteren Marktforschungs-Emails von uns zu erhalten." <= Familiar

You're right, it isn't ;) . Despite your attempts to conjugate mein(e) correctly, you failed utterly! :P It's mein in this case, because Deutsch is neuter.
