my most common use for dreamweaver is I can't always remember many css tags and it fills them in as you type. For sytax highlighting and such, check out crimson editor... works great! It is definately my favorite php editor.

How about we all just use emacs (forget about vi... ) and not worry about all those useless WYSIWYG editors. We all know they're evil anyway.

Has anyone tried out FrontPage 2003. Thats pretty amazing upgrade from their old generations :) It's turned into look-alike of DW... with nearly same functionality and all that...

Oh for <span style='color:blue' title='I&#39;m naughty, are you naughty?'>smurf</span> sake.
Don't think, just bash, eh?

Yea, but I like picking on Microsoft. Especially because they usually make it really obvious. Like IE was a ripoff of Netscape initially (or so I heard), the plugin architecture was originally ripped from some college professor, the list goes on. I agree with you, but I still like <span style='color:blue' title='I'm naughty, are you naughty?'>smurf</span> on M$ (not the dollar sign) more than other companies. Maybe Oracle too, just for introducing a VARCHAR2 type...
