Are you planning to resolve to do anything particular in 2006?

Mine.. Write 10,000 words of the PHP book I've been planning to write every month.

Yep.. I plan to stop spending so much on going out partying and start saving some money. At the moment, if I have money I spend it 8O

-Spend some time playing around with the various Linux distros instead of sticking with my favorite
-Have my friends who I know use IE, to use Firefox instead
-Spend less free time in online games
-Learn to "save, not spend" more often
-1024x768

Stop smoking. Period.

I think that's as good as 10 bad habbits, so I'll work on that one only for now.

Make 2006 better than 2005 ... that shouldn't be too hard.

1.) To complete my sociopolitical essay
2.) To see about having some of my poetry published
3.) Get a decent handle on Linux
4.) Rewrite operating system, tidying and improving as I go
5.) Get back to having at least 1 'day out' per month - opera, ballet, theatre, conert etc. Used to do this weekly but time's been running very short - managed to miss a ballet, play and opera that I'd intended to go and see. :(
6.) Put more effort in at school (the permanent one - been doing it for years)
7.) Save my money (possibly invest in the stock market)

6. is permanent and normally the only one I actually stick to but I think these are more sensible than usual.
