Foods you hated but now you LOVE

There aren't many foods a I dislike but I grew up hating the taste of olives with a passion. If a pizza had olives on I would refuse to eat it.
Now, within the past 6 months I eat olives from a tub pretty much on a daily basis. I actually look forward to my lunch break so I can shovel a tub of olives down my neck.... evidently tastes change as we grow up
//Carry on... I'm rambling after my beers (whilst eating olives)

Heat. When I was younger I would never eat food with any heat(spice). Now I really enjoy the hot stuff.

tomatoes. Flippin A. Ketchup, all good - but the consistency of sliced tomatoes is weiiiird with the seeds and the gooshiness. I'm getting better in my old age [17], but still adverse to them.

Sushi.
Had a rancid roll one time that pretty much put me off altogether, for a while... Wouldn't say I love it now, but prior to having what was evidently some "really good sushi, dude" the other day, I wouldn't eat it. It was really good, though.

(No humor here) Is that a joke about Ketchup, or is it a brand, like Worlds Best Ketchup?
Just confused, don't mind me.
