Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. At times it just means I have more work that needs to get done on Monday, those aren't the real nice Fridays. But those are a slight bit more rare these days since retiring from PHP :)

Heading back to school! ..

No hard decision yet on what courses I'll be taking.. but there's definitely a science/engineering lean so far.

The running idea is a Bachelors (minimum) in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Linguistics (study Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Latin, Russian, Greek, French, German)
The nice part is, once I get one of those science degrees, it only takes two to three semesters longer for each successive one.

Well, lately, as you can read on my blog, I've been taking on more than an army of programmers could realistically do.. but they are all projects I want to work on, so I'm in it.

The net result is that I don't have "time off". I have work time, and I have time to spend on the projects I enjoy.

Another problem is that D&D Online just launched into beta, so I'm REALLY pressed for time. :)

Add in the fact that I have an active WoW subscription with over a dozen alts, and well.. its amazing I get anything done or have time to sleep.

Did I mention that I'm going back to college in the next few months?

I'm firmly convinced that I'm going to have to clone myself to be happy.

But I do agree - at least its Friday, and I won't be working for a few days. :)

I work from home and didn't even know it was Friday! Guess I should pay more attention. I guess I won't be taking any time off this weekend as I have projects I need to get done.

Good part is the beer is always available

Let's play the numbers game!

Wives: 1
Kids: 5
Days off: 3 (God bless American presidents) :D

Pianos to pick up: 1
Garages to clean: 1
Lines to code: ?!?!?!?!?!
Deadlines to meet: ?!?!?!?!?!
Actual days off: -3

At least Monday is a holiday. Enjoy your weekends all.
