I hate that website. navigation is horrible at best. The users profiles where they can play movies and stuff can crash firefox easily and to fully view many profiles you have to have a screen the size of your wall. Then comes to actual making a profile which is rediculously hard to figure out and they leave out options on them too (my school is not listed because i have to choose from a school that they have). Horrible site and I don't know how it got so popular.
second worst is
http://www.devnetwork.net .
Rediculously lame website with members that have a smaller IQ than my shoe size (american shoe size). People complain and moan about bad websites and stuff on there all the time and they never actally help anyone out.

Yes... this one takes the cake...
What kills me is this...

Not that those awards really mean much and its not like they won, but I can't believe anybody would even suggest that site is good.

What do you expect?
The site is made using Frontpage 5.0.
Code: Select all
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 5.0">
I have yet to see anything created with Frontpage that didn't look like it was created by a grade school student on crack.

Hi there, Ninja Space Goat. Would be a good idea to chill and stop posting for a while. If you do not contribute positively to the forum, do not contribute at all.

Shiz's comments were also a little harsh. I suspect this whole thread will continue on the path to a flamefest.. I didn't think about it when I posted, and I suspect others won't either. Its not much more than an excuse to attack people who can't or won't be defending their sites. More than unfair.
Like the matching thread, I'll leave this thread behind as well.

Meta-discussions lead nowhere, and finger pointing doesn't either.
Let's get back on topic and move on.

http://www.tdotwire.com for those who are into it. How can you release a half-finished website? You go to half the pages, they say "Coming soon". Notice, the site never says "beta" anywhere. I can't believe they have over 100,000 members.

Ooh,
http://www.ebay.com is bad in a 'I just want to see what I'm trying to buy' kind of way.

I apologize if I seem hostile or negative, but it seems to me that it wasn't just me that was being defensive and arguing a point for the sake of being right (that goes for this thread and its counterpart). I will go ahead and leave this thread alone too.

Just wanted to point this one out before I remake it. A company near where I live builds sites like this ALL THE TIME and it just utterly amazes me that they are in business. This site is IE proprietary and there are all kinds of stray pages (where you can't get back where you came from) and stat counters and Man it is terrible!
