He is trying to figure out why a web site he made doesn't render correctly in IE. You can tell by the ClipArt box in the background.

BTW - that keyboard is awesome! It still appears to be working right at the end of the clip :D

It appears he has a mental disorder. Not sure which, but there's certainly a touch of obsessive compulsive disorder in there.
