I never coded in CF, but I hear it sucks for anything remotely complicated. I do have a lot of experience with .NET and I have to say it is a very nice language. And people do not realize that dot NET is completely free and you can code it in notepad if you wanted (which I have done). The biggest downfall (and it is a big downfall) is that .NET is designed for Microsoft servers.
