Need templates

The above is a perfect example...

It's not crazy over the top nor is it completely amatuerish...

I would prefer to pay a small fee ($100) for at least 2 or 3 web site templates which I can use to demonstrate my CMS. I do not want to have to keep any copyright notices in the my web site templates.

Flash or anything is OK, but I really need to demonstarte the editing capabilities of a CMS so templates which follow a consistent layout and really only have the content change would be ideal :)

I have searched google, so please avoid letting me know about how to use Google...

I DO NOT want perfectory.com style super beautiful styled web page templates, unless they follow a consistent design and still look good, like the above template.

Cheers :)

I'm with you Roja. Although they share quite a few designs, the designs they offer are easily modified and most are standards compliant, CSS driven designs. Heck, I have a few of their designs in the modhopper right now. They are pretty cool.

Here are their links...

http://www.oswd.org

As an example, I took the Ianthinus 2.3 template and turned into this for a client.

Most of the templates will spell out clearly what you can and can't do. Many say that you are free to do what you want with them PERIOD. Some request a footer recognition. Others want a recognition, but will accept a hidden HTML comment somewhere in the markup so it doesn't display but is in the source.

The trick is to read through the text in the templates because most of the requirements are in that portion of the template.
