Mass forum posting script?

Post by outoftime »

Hey guys, first timer here.

I'm a novice with the tech lingo so be gentle.

I'm looking for a desktop app which will allow me to create one post and then mass post it to many pre-registered forums with one click. Is this possible? I'm not a spammer but looking for the marketing aspect here with value data to attract forum groups. Thanks for the help.

Even if it was possible to do, we arn't really at liberty to do it here. Why? because the only reason I see this necessary would be spam.

Spam = Mass marketing...

Fine line between the two...

It's likely no forum moderator/owner is going to appreciate you doing that, in fact many probably have terms which stipulate that.

It's spamm-ish because of that reason and it's general knowledge that communities are pretty good at deciphering automated or authenticate posts...

IMHO 95% of people really don't like automated posts :evil:

So yes, technically it's possible, although many use captcha images now to prevent spamming like you suggest.

So I would look into other possibilities of "mass" marketing...like paying for Google adWords or something.

Cheers :)

Aaaahh, and all that time I was thinking I was being spammed on my weblog. Seems I was so wrong. Those are just honest marketing campaigns with value data. Stupid, why didn't I know that? Now I deleted all those messages....
